The Infinity™ Time Capsule
Your chance at immortality—send your photos, memorabilia, valuables and prized documents into the future.
For cities, towns, schools, businesses, organizations and familiey
The Highway Products Inc. Infinity™ Time Capsule makes sure your precious cargo travels through time to the next generation in perfect shape.
Think of sending part of yourself, your family, city or school, 50,100, or 500 years into the future. What would you want your grandchildren to have in the year 2055?
Photos? Locks of hair? Jewelry? Stock certificates? Paper money? Newspaper clippings? A comic book? A letter you write? Your prized home run ball? Your old driver's license or passport? You decide and maybe even make a fun family or business project out of it.

The Infinity™ Time Capsule is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, purged with dry argon gas and welded shut—to be opened professionally on a designated future date. The special grade of stainless steel, combined with the unique processing ensures that the contents, especially paper documents, will not turn to dust in 100 or 500 years.
"Argon gas is inert, meaning in chemistry, having little or no ability to react, which prevents acid reactions, the Number 1 enemy of time capsules, and oxidation, another major threat to items stored for extended time periods. Insects, microscopic organisms such as fungus and bacteria, can sneak in and after a while get hungry. Guess what they have to eat? Our process replaces the oxygen with argon gas which does not allow anything to live. We even pressure check the time capsule for leaks before it is shipped to you, ready for infinity. If you are going to do this, do it right. Don't settle for anything less or your grand kids or predecessors will be greatly disappointed.
Procedure
The user is sent a special container for insertion of the items to be preserved. When filled and returned to Highway Products, a notary documents its insertion into the stainless steel box. An engraved brass plaque with the originator's name, the date of the seal, the designated opening date and opening instructions is riveted to the time capsule. The capsule is then purged with argon gas, checked for leaks, welded shut and returned to the user for safekeeping or burial.
